LYONS: Camilo Rosa Robledo, 42 went to his eternal home in heaven on Saturday, July 21, 2018, in Lyons, NY. He was born on Monday, November 17th, 1975, in Sodus, NY, to his mother Barbara.  Camilo lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; He was a talented construction worker, enjoyed fishing, and loved spending time with his children. Camilo never knew a stranger. His heart and infectious laugh attracted everyone around him. He had a captivating ability to reach people and connect with them in his own personal way. There was never a hesitation if someone needed his help.  Above all, Camilo loved his family the most.  “Family” to Camilo was not just blood; family also included his closest friends, as he considered them his own brothers and sisters. Camilo will be remembered by his mother, Barbara; brother and sister in law, Jackson Sr. and Jennifer; his best friend and son, Alex; his daughter, Ilahna; two nieces, Jaidyn and Justice, two nephews, Jackson Jr. and Josiah – who all knew him as “Uncle C”; special friends: Kerrie and Terrance, his Godmother, Maybel, and several beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. “Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.” Family, friends, and others whose lives Camilo touched are invited to the Norman L. WOLCOTT: Age 87, passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, August 5, 2018. Don was born at home on October 5, 1930 in Hamburg, New York to the late Horace H. and Evelyn Tooley Hunt.  He grew up in Eden, New York, graduated from Syracuse University in 1952, and married Marjorie Farwell. They lived on Lasher Road, Wolcott, most of their 65 years together. Don had a zest for life, the great outdoors, and writing. He assumed the role of News Editor at the Lake Shore News in 1954 and shared his humor and wit through his popular weekly local news column, the Rural Murals, published first in the Lake Shore News and later in the Wolcott-Red Creek Pennysaver, which he co-owned from 1966 to 1981. Don was an avid hunter, private pilot, farmer, photographer, and musician. His life was devoted to his family and the community of Wolcott. He was a Lions Club member for 64 years, volunteered with the Conservation Club, WAVAC ambulance, town politics, and taught hunter safety classes. He played trumpet, performing in New York City with the Salt City Five, winning the Arthur Godfrey Talent Show in 1952. He continued playing trumpet, trombone, tuba, and keyboard professionally in western New York and Florida for many years. Don loved flying, taking aerial photographs for local customers and selling postcards of local and historical landmarks.  He enjoyed farming and maintained a sweet corn stand which is carried on by his son-in-law. Don is survived by his devoted wife of 65 years, Marjorie Hunt; brother Richard of Greensboro, NC; three daughters, Joanne (Robert) Arnish of Needham, MA, Kathleen (Michael) Lange of Wolcott, NY, Laurel (Raymond) Bennettson of West Hartford, CT; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Saturday (August 25) starting at 1 p.m. followed by a 3 p.m. memorial service at the Wolcott Presbyterian Church, 11988 West Main Street, Wolcott, NY. NORTH ROSE: Age 94, of Ridge Rd., passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 11, 2018. Doris was born in Lyons, a daughter to the late Frank and Virginia Lane Chalupa on January 1, 1924.  She retired from North Rose Wolcott Schools as a bus driver, where she enjoyed four generations of students. She enjoyed boating on Sodus Bay, gardening and her cottage on Cresent Beach. Predeceased by her husband, Lloyd in 2014, son, Dale in 2008, and grandson Samuel in 2009. She is survived by 2 daughters, Catherine (Bill) Reynolds of Wolcott and Jacqueline (Gary) Lockwood of Wolcott; son, Gary “Doc” (Toni) Richardson of Texas; 6 grandchildren, Debbie Reynolds, Christi Luciano, Garrett Richardson, Jessica Johnson, Pamela Lockwood and Cassandra Salo; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Chalupa and brother, Paul Chalupa; nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday (Aug. 15) from 6 to 8 pm and Thursday (Aug. 16) from 1 to 3 pm at Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., in North Rose, where a celebration of life will follow at 3 pm. Burial will be in Rose Cemetery.

NEWARK: Anthony J. “Tony” Barnaba, 87, died Sunday (August 12, 2018) at the Wayne County Nursing Home. Anthony was born on August 22, 1930 in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Angelo and Marie Scott Barnaba. He was a 1948 graduate of the Rose High School. Tony served twenty years in the US Army. After his honorable discharge, he worked at Hughes Aircraft Company in Tuscon, Arizona for more than twelve years.  Returning to New York State, Tony worked at the Seneca  Army Depot in Romulus before retiring in 1993.  He was a communicant of St. Michael Church in Newark. He is survived by his daughter Cheryl (fiance Andrew Waters); two stepsons Walter (Debra) Lawson, Jr. and Kurt (Sandy) Lawson; his special granddaughter Amanda McDonald, along with several other grandchildren; several great grandchildren; a brother Samuel and two sisters Jean DeLeo and Ann Novak; many nieces and nephews. Tony was predeceased by his wife of 40 years, Barbara; daughter Angie, son Gerald; stepson David Lawson; brothers Gerald and Joseph; sisters Grace Robson and Connie Rogers.

WILLIAMSON: Entered into rest peacefully, with his wife by his side on (Thursday) August 9, 2018 at age 59. Predeceased by his parents: Joseph and Jeanette Kreutzer. David was a longtime member of the Sodus and Williamson Fire Department/Ambulance Corps.  His passion was serving the community as an EMS-Paramedic.  He was an avid hunter and graciously donated the deer to indigent families. Survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Karen; children: Katherine (Steven) Gammill and Kari (Dan Cooley) Kreutzer; grandchildren: Kenneth and Bart Gammill; sisters: Patricia (David) Kersten and Judy (Bob) Hale; sisters in law: Lois (William) Farmer, Mary (Jack) Kelley and Gail Malone; brother in law: Kenneth David; many extended family members and friends.  NEWARK: Shirley A. Foster, 86, passed away peacefully on Tuesday (August 14, 2018) with her family by her side. Shirley was born in Lyons on November 27, 1931, the daughter of the late George and Gretchen (nee George) Krebbeks. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and was involved with many of their activities. Shirley work in the library at the Lincoln School, retiring after 30 years. She enjoyed her family and many friends, reading and collecting Hummels. She is survived by two sons, John (Laurie) of Lockport and Jerrold of Marion and daughter-in-law Linda of Newark, grandchildren Jaime (David) Chukey, Justin Foster, Kimberly (Timothy) Strickland, Kristina (Daniel) Vermeulen, Joey Foster, Elizabeth (JP) Salamida, Emily (Stephen) Dusson, Jerri Lynn Foster; great grandchildren Emma, Chase, Sophia, Timothy, Lucy, Kailey, Layla Tessa Eli and Leo; two brothers Clyde (Helen) Krebbeks and Lavern (Barbara) Krebbeks both of Newark; many nieces and nephews.  Shirley was predeceased by her husband Richard on May 24, 2005 and a son James on July 16, 2018. Friends may call on Friday (August 17th) from 4 to 7 PM, at the Paul L. MARION: Passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018.  Lee was predeceased by her parents, Manley and Florence Cornell.  She is survived by her brother, John (Pat) Cornell; sisters, Ruth (Art) Barr, Kathy “Cookie” (Bill) Donnelly, Florence (Avery) Munger and her twin sister, Jan (Tom) Callens; husband of 48 years, William; son, Robert (Karen Ehrne) Huntley; daughter, Jodie Tyler; beloved granddaughter, Isabella Lee Tyler; many loving nieces, nephews, dear friends including Barb and Gary Wells of the Apple Shed where Lee worked form many years as an artist and played Wilhelmina the Witch.  Lee will be missed by so many, many people who loved and considered her a mother figure. CLYDE: Age 77 of Reese Street, died on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Ed was born in Clyde, January 10, 1941, son of Galvin and Mildred Colegrove Carr. He was an iron worker for Local 60 in Syracuse, 1959-1983. He served on the Clyde Village Board,  the Clyde-Savannah School Board,  and was a former Mason of the Clyde Lodge. Survived by his wife of 52 years Judy Harper Carr; daughter Amy (Ed TenEyck) Carr; son Eric (Tina) Carr of Clyde;  3 grandchildren Erica, Chance, Danielle; 6 brothers Harry, Thomas, Lester, Raymond, William, and Craig Carr, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Galvin and George; sister Ruthie. Ed was the epitome of what a husband/father/grandfather should be in every way and will be dearly missed.

SODUS: A long-time resident of Sodus, NY, died Monday, August 13, 2018 at the Wayne County Nursing Home.  Dwen was born on September 25, 1931. She was predeceased by her parents, Howard and Darlene Kreiser; her husband of 50 years, Norman R Giljam; brother, Dale Kreiser and sister Carole Doyle. She was a 1950 Graduate of Webster High School. She worked at Sodus Myers Community Hospital for many years as the “TV Lady” as well as volunteering her time through the Twig Association at Myers Community Hospital in many capacities. Her passion was helping people, something she loved to do.   She loved good food and socializing, enjoyed going to the movies, spending time with her friends and going to lunch or dinner with them. She is survived by her two daughters, Cindy (Richard) Tack of Sodus, NY and Pennie (David) Oliver of NJ: grandchildren, Brigette Henry, Kevin Tack, Tammi Ayotte, Scott Tack, Nicole Young and Alexa Oliver; 14 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews; brother-in-law Kenneth (Deanne) Giljam of TN and many very dear friends. SODUS: Age 69, passed away on August 13th, 2018 in Sodus Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Bonnie was born in Sodus NY to Edna Mae (Riley) Husk and Robert Husk on February 10th, 1949. She graduated from Sodus Central School in 1967. She worked several different trades in Sodus throughout her life. Bonnie was a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with family. She loved going to the movies, socializing with friends, cooking new recipes, going antiquing and sewing projects. She was passionate about helping anyone in need. She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.  FREDERICK COUNTY, VIRGINIA: Harriet L. Kohl, age 101, of passed away Monday, August 13, 2018, at Fox Trail Assisted Living, Stephens City, Virginia. Mrs. Kohl was born in 1917 in Utica, New York, the daughter of the Anthony Louer and Mildred Holmes; stepdaughter of the late Charles Holmes. She was a purchasing agent with the New York State School and a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church, Newark, New York. Her husband, Robert J. Kohl, whom she married in Akron, Ohio preceded her in death. Surviving is a daughter, Barbara L. Zeiger; sister-in-law, Joan Kohl; nephew, Richard Scherer, along with several other nieces and nephews. Along with her husband Mrs. Kohl was preceded in death by a son, Stephen R. Kohl, son-in-law, Leon B. Zeiger, and sister, Betty Scherer. She is survived by her husband of 34 years Thomas J. Froehler, son Thomas (Shannon) Froehler, grandchildren Keegan, Rylie and Kyle. Siblings Sanda Dirckx, Carol Weeks, Audrey (David) Cornwall, Karl (Peggy) Eiss, Elaine (Robert) Majo, Charles Eiss. Various nieces and nephews. Debra has had many jobs but her final and proudest accomplishment was becoming a NYS Correctional Officer. Celebrations of Debra’s life in Macedon and in Adams NY will be announced at a later time.
